Kuma Lisa is the Sly Fox in Slavic folklore.

She is always scheming to outwit the farmer, and her rival, Kumcho Vulcho (Uncle Wolf).

 

Her name roughly translates to English as "Auntie Fox, the word for fox being "Lis" in most Slavic languages.

 

Kuma Lisa has been the nickname of this artist for quite some time, perhaps or perhaps not due to similarites of character.
